There was a very long queue embarking the Epic at Marseilles. I would say 1 hour 40 minutes waiting time. We are Platinum members so we got into the Priority queue but it still took 45 minutes (why do they make you fill out the paperwork online beforehand and submit photographs but insist on doing this again at the port). Whilst the crew were attentive some had only very limited English. The ship was immaculately clean and our cabin steward was lovely but the ice bucket ordered for 6pm each evening more often than not failed to arrive on time if at all.
The food for the first 2/3 days was tepid and we regularly sent back cold coffee.

Loved the ports - beware though tendering at Zakynthos; unless you had a ship tour booked you could wait 3 hours plus to get off (we gave up)
But the ships tours WERE very good and would recommend.
I had the “key” package and loved the little perks (great WiFi!)
