My comments are my own personal view on how I found the Cruise,This will be my 5th Cruise in all and possibly my last.
Having sailed on this ship 2 years previous I found it a lot more crowded and not as pleasant, probably due to the extra rooms added but hey it’s around an extra £150,000 per 14 night cruise for Royal Caribbean.

This is my 2nd time cruising with Royal Caribbean, the first time was 8 years ago. This time it was with my husband and 2 children ages 15 and 11. My sister and her family of 4 and mother and aunt joined us as well. The service is excellent, waitors, room attendant, guest services, entertainment staff all provide exceptional service. This was our 7th Royal Caribbean cruise, and we chose this Russia and Scandinavia sailing because of both the cruise line and the itinerary. It was also our second sailing on Explorer of the Seas, so we have had prior experience with RCCL.

It seems that Royal Caribbean management is just going through the motion.
