Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Wonder of the Seas

This was easily the highlight of our trip, we enjoyed it so much that this year again we are planning to go for another cruise with Royal Caribbean. The only thing that, i wouldn't say it was disappointing but not as good as the other aspects of our cruising was the food, the food quality can certainly be better. But overall it was amazing and the cruise, dining and entertainment staff were ...

So Many Gorgeous Mediterranean Ports

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Vision of the Seas

If you love a beautiful Mediterranean port every day this is a great cruise. The ship seemed a bit smaller than past cruises (which is good for ports and meeting people), and older, however, the crew worked so hard to provide a nice experience. Staff were always cleaning (the ship is immaculate), and our cabin attendant, Donny, was the best ever. He always remembered ice at happy hour, the paper ...

Wonderful Itinerary, great ship

Since our last cruise was on Harmony of the Seas, we knew what to expect on an Oasis class ship. That made the layout feel familiar. If you're new to the Oasis class, it may take a bit to orient yourself. Although the ship capacity is over 6,000 guests, it never felt that way. Even when exiting the ship on port days, we never had lines or felt like a cattle call. Loved the entertainment ...

Awesome Time on the Wonder

This was a re-book from a COVID cancellation. My wife had never been to Europe so it was a perfect pick. We actually booked on Allure of the Seas but got bumped up to the Wonder. This was to be our blow out, swing for the fences retirement vacation so we went all out (for us anyway). We booked through AAA Travel and let them handle all the details. That was our first great decision. Our TA ...

Spectacular Ship, Service & Itinerary

The ship was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and I never had to look far to find a crew member to answer a question. The staff was always smiling and genuinely helpful. Everyone has bad days but I seriously never encountered a single RC Crew member who didn't seem genuinely happy to greet us or answer questions. We Embarked in Barcelona and it was super quick and easy! We had our luggage ...

We are a family of four whose cruise had been delayed by two years with Covid restrictions. We were nervous pre cruise as we had to take Lateral Flow Tests before boarding. The process at embarkation was seamless. A lot had to be done on the app which some passengers may find daunting. Although the ship is not one of the new all bells and whistle ships it was beautifully kept just large enough ...

Itinerary was awesome hitting Corsica, Rome, Sicilly, Portofino, Villenfranche, Toulon starting from Barcelona. Inside cruise ship rooms were large. We had two connecting inside rooms on deck 8 that were perfect for us. Dinner main dining room food was superb, especially the meat dishes. Main dining service, and room service was exceptional. The best of six Royal Caribbean cruises we ever ...

Let me start by saying, this is my fourth cruise, but it has been 14 years since I have been on a cruise. I need to do it more! I travelled with a first time cruiser, and he certainly wants to do it again! I think Royal Caribbean is the best cruise line I've ever used. Cabin-- 4 of 5 stars. See below. Public spaces- The public spaces were always clean, well-decorated, and inviting. ...

Where shall I start.... so much to say, this cruise is are first inaugural cruise to mark our 25th Wedding Anniversary, so a lot riding on Royal Caribbean to deliver, and did they deliver, WOW. This may be long but I found very little recent information all in one place in my research prior to departure, so here is a detailed review. We boarded out of Fort Lauderdale and our boarding time was 11:30am, we were told that they enforced this and I understand why, it regulated the flow and reduced large public gatherings (which is quite comical based on later events while on board). The ...
