The BOGO airfare worked well for us. Check in was a breeze. Our ocean view room was fine & kept clean. We enjoyed the entertainment. All the servers, bar tenders & personnel went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. Two of our ports were cancelled in Halifax & St John due to weather. This was a 10 day cruise out of Quebec with stops in Sagunay, Charlottetown, Sydney, Portland, Boston, Martha's Vineyard, and ending in Baltimore. Due to hurricane Lee, we missed Sydney and Portland, then finally, on the only day that it wasn't raining, we skipped Martha's Vineyard due to "sea conditions and wind." This was our 14th cruise with Royal Caribbean.
First the good. The food was excellent. The staff delightful and helpful except for guest services. Adventure Ocean and their staff was delightful and our grandkids loved it. The public areas of the ship were clean and appealing.

It was the Snowbird 13 day cruise and we wanted to visit Quebec City while seeing all fall colors. Where do I begin?
Cabin had stains on carpet, dust under TV and, after one week, had to request a sheet change.

I choose the cruise based on a lot of ports and few sea days. Found out that that was no shuttle from the train station to the ship. Had to walk a half mile with my cane leading the way. Our room was under the bridge and was very drafty with wind coming in around the balcony door most of the trip. It was next to impossible at every port to get a wheelchair for disembarking the ship. Restaurants: special dinning was not worth the price. the food was not great quality and served warm. The servers were very good and tried their best to assist.

Very disappointing cruise. Not the agenda but the overall vibe and feel of the experience. My expectations for the price paid was first class yet from cabin cleanliness , management team to the buffet food, I would rate it very below average. This was our 4th NCL cruise and will be our last. We are not big eaters, but enjoy a "snack" before going to bed. The buffet, under title "24/7", closed at 10:30.
