Princess does a great job of selecting and training their staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and fun. We enjoyed the games, dining and entertainment. This is our 10th cruise with Princess. We are Platinum members and stayed in a suite. My biggest complaint is the food quality and choices. The Club Class menu choices were very disappointing.
