We have been on P&O many times but this was the worst experience that we have ever had on a cruise. It was made worse by there being no cabin available for us on arrival. Our cabin was already occupied when we tried to enter it and so we had to hang around reception for hours whilst another cabin was found. Not a great start. Boarding was messy. No porters so had to drop our cases ourselves then queue up outside the terminal in the cold for 30mins. Cabins are only surface cleaned once a day now and no evening turndown.
