Boarding was messy. No porters so had to drop our cases ourselves then queue up outside the terminal in the cold for 30mins.

Cabins are only surface cleaned once a day now and no evening turndown. Our cabin had handprints on the walls, the telephone was filthy and I don’t want to think about the carpet.

I have to say that there were a lot more grossly overweight, tattooed passengers who smoked than we’d ever seen before. The whole feel of this cruising experience was poor, classless and shabby.
