Boarding was messy. No porters so had to drop our cases ourselves then queue up outside the terminal in the cold for 30mins.
Cabins are only surface cleaned once a day now and no evening turndown. Our cabin had handprints on the walls, the telephone was filthy and I don’t want to think about the carpet.
I have to say that there were a lot more grossly overweight, tattooed passengers who smoked than we’d ever seen before. The whole feel of this cruising experience was poor, classless and shabby. Felt like Wetherspoons had gone in to the cruise business. Many kids onboard during term time. Why do P&O allow this?
