This was an expensive cruise. Food was great except for one specialty restaurant, Polo Grill. First reservation made at sea. Order of queen cut prime rib was undercook, more raw if not rare, when I ordered medium rare. The turnaround time for each course exceeded 20 minutes. I did not even have time to order dessert. We stayed in an Oceania Suite where we enjoyed the personal staff who cared for us and our suite. They were absolutely wonderful. In fact the entire crew was wonderful.
