This cruise was a wonderful way to see European cities, Azores and Bermuda. Also it was fun to not have to fly back from Europe to the U.S.
The ship is older but in great shape and the crew and all staff seemed to be very experienced and friendly.

We booked this trip last minute got an excellent price. Sea was calm all the way. Nice ship overall plus great entertainment. Don't like the fact that room service has a fee. NCL app free to download but if u want to use it to text cruise mates each person is charged $9.95. This is free on HAL. Drinks are expensive food was ok. Just got back from the TA cruise to Barcelona. We cruised with Norwegian 3 times before, but first time on Transatlantic. Despite many negative reviews on Epic I have to say everything was almost perfect and exceeded our expectation.
