This cruise was a HUGE disappointment! The food was absolutely disgusting! The service was terrible! Sat for dinner at 7pm. and finally got served our main dish at 8:50, after I asked for it. Chinese restaurant was also horrible!
The cabins were very small and the hair dryer is a joke from the 60's. Lady had a heart attack in the dining room, took up to 30 min. for help to come. When ...

The Norwegian spirit should be retired! Ship has rusting parts.The carpeting had stains that were never cleaned.
We purchased the all inclusive drink package and in 7 days,Not once did We get waited on. had to go to the bar and get a drink!
The entertainment was the worst! They used the crew to perform on stage. Have You ever seen a Philipino sing Frank Sinatra?

This was my 10th cruise, but my first with Norwegian and my first bad experience. Breakfast and dinner in the main dining room took 2-2 1/2 hours every day. To start this review on a good note our safe was broken and I had medication inside of it and they did keep their word on making sure that a new one was in place and working by my next dose of medication.

Service in dining room was extremely slow. Refused to go to the specialty restaurants and pay extra money. I think that's what they want. This ship has the least amount to do compared to other cruise lines. The food at the buffet is absolutely horrible. There are so many things they charge extra for it makes it very hard to afford.
