Great cruise, everything fun, relaxing. Entertainment incredible with the exception of the atrium duo, they were sketchy could tell that they used pre-prerecorded music averag aversge at most, but nightly band fantastic. The trip was as expected. We had very calm seas and the weather was hot and sunny. public transportation on the island was spotty so use boat shuttles. St George limited on ...
We picked Norwegian cruise to Bermuda, because the Boston port and Bermuda schedule (2 overnights stay in Bermuda), so we can spend more time in Bermuda and beautifully beaches.
Dawn is a middle size ship and kind old. The breakfast was great and late night shows were very good. Not too much activities we were interested, one small swim pool with too many people (hot pools too). Most ...
The ship left from Boston which made it convenient. The ship was nice, bathrooms throughout the ship needs more attention. Entertainment was average, needs more diverse entertainment. Cruise personnel were very nice. Very small pool. Arrived on Sunday to Bermuda even though most shops closed early on Sunday. The food was very good, loved the chili on the deck near the pool. The drink package was a ...
We chose this cruise because we had a couple of CruiseNext coupons left over, and it is easy for us to do out of Boston (because we live an hour away). We were sort of done with Norwegian a couple of years ago because the staff was unhappy and unfriendly, the food had gone downhill, and every cruise (regardless of itinerary) had the same "formula" and feel. They redeemed themselves this time! ...
This will be a very in depth review. First I will go over the bad...then I will go over the good.
I cruised with about 45 people in our group. My wife was group leader of 20 cabins.
These reviews are from all of us.
BAD:
The ship does not have a lot of entertainment. 1 theater, 1 small pool, plus a kids pool at the back of the ship. 1 club that plays the same music all the time. ...
Our first cruise in many years and it was so enjoyable. We arrived in Boston 2 days early and did a tour to Cape Cod. Took a taxi to the cruise terminal on the sailing date. The embarkation process was smooth and went quickly. Our cabin was an inside stateroom, very comfortable bed, well organized for storage of clothing and luggage. This cabin worked as well, and better than, most hotel ...
WARNING. If you bid on a Mini-Suite for the NCL Dawn, you may seriously regret it.
We are Platinum Latitudes, and bid...not a lot...on a mini-suite and we got it - suite 11150. We were thrilled and excited until we boarded.
The first thing we noticed that our cabin was under an overhang which eliminated sun on our balcony, totally. (We did notice it on our deck between 5-6pm one ...
We chose this cruise to celebrate our 40th anniversary and to just relax. We did both. It was such a wonderful time. We went to see a bunch of shows Element which which was great. A comedian who was very funny. A juggling comedian who was also great.
We ate at Cagney’s steakhouse twice . which is a must . Moderno
And the main dining rooms are great too. Did not care for the Buffet .The ...
Everything about this vacation was relaxing! People were saying that cruises are boring.. They were wrong, I had the best time of my life and am looking forward to my next cruise with them! My only downside was the deserts were not the best, but the actual food was delicious and they had healthy food and plenty of junk food!!!
The entertainment was amazing all the bands and the shows were top ...
I have been on this ship quite a few times, as I am now a Platinum Latitude member. At the time of this sailing, I was Gold. Granted, the latitude rewards are not much, but this time I expected to have discounts for on board shopping and spa treatments, which should have amounted to me saving $150.00. I expected the issue to be resolved after speaking with my cabin steward, who looked into it. ...
