The ship left from Boston which made it convenient. The ship was nice, bathrooms throughout the ship needs more attention. Entertainment was average, needs more diverse entertainment. Cruise personnel were very nice. Very small pool. Arrived on Sunday to Bermuda even though most shops closed early on Sunday. The food was very good, loved the chili on the deck near the pool. The drink package was a great value.

Again the restrooms needed much more attention. The disembarkation went extremely well. The staff was great and the crew worked really hard, god bless them. The room service was great. The staff at the front desk needed a little more patience with first time cruisers. One of the people who was with the group I was in expressed concern about being rushed and inconsistent information. This was not our first cruise so we addressed her questions and concerns. Overall the experience was good. The guests on the ship were very friendly and we met a lot of people.
