Flawless first cruise

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Norwegian Gem

First Time Cruiser • Age 40s

This was our first cruise and we booked it sort of at the last minute because it was cheap and some friends were going. We were told it was a weird itinerary - NYC to Bermuda, just a half day in Bermuda, then on to Nassau, Great Stirrup Cay and a long day in Port Canaveral (7 am to 1 am). We were also told it would be cold in Bermuda and the seas would be rough in January. But everything turned ...

We just returned from a fabulous cruise on the Norwegian Getaway after several years since our last one. This will go down as one of our favorite cruises! Yes the itinerary changed on day two - which saw our stops in Bermuda replaced with an additional day at Port Canaveral and a day in Nassau - but at least for my wife and I we had selected the vacation because of the ship and the dates, so this ...

This was my 11th cruise with Norweigan , I was previously on Breakaway , Escape and Joy . I was in cabin 8778 , a balcony room near Syds , my room attendant was excellent , he always had my room made up early in the morning and late at night . 10 out of 10 for attendant I was onboard to see a friend who performed with Burn the Floor I also put together the Meet and Greet with senior ...

My husband and I cruised on Magic from NYC on 7/18/2022. We were happy that everything about this cruise was great! Embarkation was easy and on time, food in all the venues was good, crew absolutely outstanding! Ryan Rose is one of the best CDs we have sailed with - how he keeps that energy level up is a complete mystery. Staff kept the ship spotless - always cleaning, wiping windows, etc. We ...

I can't even begin to express how amazing this trip was. We had been delayed since March 15th 2020, We were nervous about sailing again with a pandemic in the back ground. On board the ship I met The general manager Mario markovic, He was telling me about all the safety procedures that they have in place. He told me that the officers are not even allowed to eat together, For the safety and the ...

Grey, Cold and dreary in New York. Booked the two bedroom Haven even though there was only the two of us because I got a nice discount through the Casino. The room is great ( two bathrooms and walk-in showers) tiny balcony but we spent every nice weather moment on the upstairs sundeck. Only the first morning and Last afternoon was too cold to sit outside. The food in the Haven restaurant is ...

Long overdue review but finally had time to get around to writing. Well -- back to reality after a stellar cruise -- my favorite of any I've taken -- on the Getaway (A+) This is my 8th NCL cruise and my 14th voyage overall. The trip came together because I was on school vacation, my buddy was in between jobs, and the price was just right. And it was stellar. My friend and I flew in on ...

We are very grateful of the good service we received and would like to commend some people who were over and beyond the duty when it came to excellent service @ We'd like to thank Sandra Machorro Garcia - Bar Waiter, she is so pleasant to talk to she made sure I always had a drink and never a dry mouth, Ricky Lising and Eugene Prosperoso - waiters at Moderno and Reinelyn Beronilla assistant ...

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Norwegian Bliss

I was there to dance every night and eat healthy food. I give it 5 stars for that. I will say that the NCL Escape, its' sister ship, was a little better in that regard. It's H2O Spice was larger and it was great for dancing. Also, their Skyline Bar had a dance floor and it was less claustrophobic than the Social was on the Bliss. On the Bliss, half of the Skyline was taken up with casino ...
