The virgin voyages product/concept is what appealed initially and it delivered! Friendly and attentive staff at every turn in a clean and aesthetically pleasing ship, what more could you ask for!
This was our second cruise with VV, would love to see some changes made to restaurant menus, 95% the same as a year ago.
Shows were amazing tho the “older set” on the ship clearly hadn’t done ...
I love cruising and Virgin Voyages delivers a different style to most current cruise lines. In true Virgin style, the ship, entertainment, food and drinks were first class! The Happening Cast (entertainment crew) were absolutely amazing and made sure everyone was included in everything. Targeting over 18, Virgin Voyages has bought cruising into the 21st century! I loved the red hammock on my ...
All the staff are impeccable.
Couldn't fault this ship at all!
The restaurants all were amazing and the food was to die for. JENNY from Pink Aguave was the most inviting, happy gorgeous human I have met in such a long time and I loved seeing her every morning for breakfast also. She rocks!
The casino was so much fun and Seb (not sure if his spelling) made our 4 night cruise simply ...
We chose this cruise having cruised with Oceania on the Riviera 8 years ago. I have read some of the reviews on the NAUTICA before we traveled and having now completed the cruise I believe that some of the expectations are unfair. The ambience of Oceania is very comfortable and uncrowded and fits within the 5 star+ bracket that is on its own. The lodgings very comfortable being suite forward ...
We selected this voyage for the itinerary, a Covid-delayed celebration of our 25th anniversary. I want to dispute some of the criticism I've read on this site. The food was fantastic even if appetizers were largely the same from night to night. Grand Dining Room experience was equal to specialty restaurants, but both Polo Grill and Tuscana had excellent menus and delightful, hot food that was ...
This was our honeymoon cruise. Neither of us had been to Australia or New Zealand and we thought this would be a great opportunity to see that side of the world.
FOOD:
- We loved love loved Onda. The food was superb and the service was just top notch. Cagneys was good but the service was just so so. Le Bistro was not worth it! It was very hot inside, the service was lacking and the food was ...
as a first time cruiser I really enjoyed my experience on the pacific encounter as I had no exceptions going onto the cruise I was definitely happy with my experience. the staff are very attentive and truely care about providing a wonderful memorable experience whether it be the entertainment team, waiters, waitresses, bar staff, the list goes on. a personal favourite was the bingo and the other ...
We wanted to escape the Virginia cold, so we booked a 33 Day Cruise on Viking. It was our first Viking Cruise, and we were very impressed. The staff were excellent. Cornelia, the Cruise Director, was a sweetheart! After one morning visit to the Cafe Bar on Deck 1, young Ganesh had memorized our names, knew what we wanted and provided me a Cafe Con Leche and Blueberry Muffin for the next 30 days! ...
This cruise was exceptional. From start to finish could not fault anything. Being a relatively new ship, it was in prime condition.
Prepare to pile on the kilos because the food is amazing. You have many different restaurants to choose from, all were excellent. Tip, book into restaurants well before your cruise to guarantee a reservation. You can ‘walk in ‘ too but if the ship is full you ...
First Virgin cruise and I gotta say it exceeded my expectations based on past cruises I’ve done with Royal, Disney, etc. The quality of the food and the service was excellent. Love the unique product they offer in terms of different restaurants onboard. I’ll never go back to a set dinner time and buffets. Being adult only was incredible. Allowed for a relaxed and fun environment. Their app was ...
