Quebec City is my favorite port of the ones on this cruise. We explored on our own this time having taken a tour on our last visit. We found a great restaurant, le Continental, a few blocks from Chateau Frontenac and had a wonderful lunch. Everything is just a short walk from where the ship docks. Although the Spirit was returning to Boston, we weren't going round trip and not allowed to take any NCL tours of Quebec City, so we booked separately. This was easily the most impressive city of the cruise. Took Les Tours Voir Quebec for a 2 hour walking tour of the old town, then the next day their Countryside tour.
