My first inside cabin had bugs at night from the first night I was on the cruise. Linens soiled, towels stained, pillow had yellow stains form saliva. I got nothing unless I tipped. Like soap, shampoo, lotion, shower cap, pen, pad. I had taken 40 cruises, this was the worse one. Service good cause I constantly tipped. Shows very good. Food a step up from hospital cuisine.

Royal Caribbean Is a big ripoff. Just did a New England/Canada cruise and the cruise line canceled one of the ports for a trumped up reason, which I found out later. Then, they did not find another port in its place, there was at least one other available. Food was horrible. Meats were constantly overcooked and too salty. The welcome aboard lunch was worst than kids cafeteria food. The food is more or less the same everyday. Every breakfast lunch and dinner....Basically the same food. Carnival and Norwegian's food was much better than this.
