This was our first P&O cruise. The photos of the newly refurbished ship were impressive but once on board, it looked very different to the photos. The refurbished carpets & bars were beautiful however they should have at the very least recarpeted the whole ship. Was hesitant in booking with P&O but thought since all the problems with Covid they would be on the front foot so to speak in attracting customers to their cruise line.
