This was our first P&O cruise. The photos of the newly refurbished ship were impressive but once on board, it looked very different to the photos.

The refurbished carpets & bars were beautiful however they should have at the very least recarpeted the whole ship.

Mismatched dagggy old carpets throughout hallways, foyers and staterooms joined onto the new carpet which made the refurbishment look cheap and nasty. . Parts of the ship smelt really badly of poop & made it impossible to sit in these areas due to the smell. Read more
