Overall the cruise was the opposite of relaxing, the staff gave conflicting and often wrong information about what is included and free and what is not. Salespeople aggressively hounded us so we couldn't relax in the promenade area during the bad weather. Everywhere we went including the restaurants we were aggressively pushed to tip over and above the prepaid gratuities. Even at reduced capacity the pool and hot tubs were practically inaccessible. The hot tubs were closed 2 of the 4 days and overflowing with people on the days they were open. The cabanas were not open so there was not enough poolside seating. Things that were free like the teen clubs, shows, library etc. were closed due to COVID so cost prohibitive things like the arcade, spa etc were the only things to do. Many of the staff members were rude. The culinary excursion was so bad we left it after 3.5 hours because we still hadn’t eaten. Overall a huge disappointment.
