Traveled with children

It was my mother's 50th birthday cruise, we had a group of approx. 34 ppl. Paulvic and Yuseph were amazing at keeping our room looking spotless. The staff was constantly cleaning so I feel like it was a sanitary environment. They even cleaned the pools nightly. My children loved camp and the staff there made me feel comfortable leaving my children with them. If a large group use walkie talkies, it helps you stay in contact. However my son's hand got crushed in the elevator frame (in between the elevator door and the wall) and Carnival is refusing to listen to me on how they can prevent this from happening to other children. THIS IS 100% PREVENTABLE ON CARNIVAL'S PART. I'm said to see that they are trying to sweep it under the rug when they can fix it. My son is terrified of elevators now. Their staff didn't even know what to do, I have pictures of the medical staff just watching in aww. Other than the safety of children the ship was good.
