This was my 1st cruise in over 30 years, and the 1st with my husband. We decided on this cruise because of the length (10 days) the location (Brooklyn) and the ports (Aruba, St. Maarten, and Antigua)

We live in NJ and used Princes's shuttle service from EWR airport. We were told to meet in a certain palce at a certain time. We arrived a little early and sat and waited. Someone arrived on time to gather us and bring us to another location. It was at that location where we found out we culd have gotten on an earlier shuttle if we had been told the correct meeting place. She told us she has told Princess a number of times, but they continue to tell people the wrong location .

The shuttle from EWR to Brooklyn was great, we arrived abut 1 and there were no lines. We were on board by 1:30. We were they only ship so I'm sure that helped.
