We choose this cruise for the destinations. We had never been on Princess before and will not be returning to Princess any time soon. Customer service was not only lacking, they simply did not care about the passengers.

Don't be sold on the specialty dining either. During our experience in the Crown Grill we requested additional sides and the our waiter said they needed to check with management for approval. We requested bread sticks instead of rolls and they indicated that those are only available in the regular dining room.

Ports where a drive from the cities they purported to be, with little time left in the city to experience the port and local culture and flavor.

Port Reviews

Stockholm

Port was 45 minutes from Stockholm. Therefore the 2 hours in commuting left very little time to see anything.
