Unfortunately, the "Bordeaux" stop was at an abandoned container dock 100 km from Bordeaux, so not having purchased a costly all-day shore excursion, we didn't see Bordeaux, so that was disappointing. We were given the incorrect embarkation dock. I had to call my American Express agent in Canada (from Lisbon) for her to call the company in Fort Lauderdale to find out where the driver should take us. Our cabin stunk of cigarette smoke. I did not like paying for all my excursions off the ship. Being charged additional for 2 of the 4 restaurants on board was very petty. I felt after saying all food was included was a lie. Chose this cruise because of the ports and the emphasis on Champagne .
