We are long time cruisers; Norwegian, NCL. Royal Caribbean, Virgin, Holland America, MCS and this is our second Celebrity. First one on brand new (at the time) Reflection, out of Barcelona. We based our decision to do this cruise on THAT experience…bad mistake.

This was the worst cruise I have ever been on, Holland ruined a once in a lifetime experience. We are in our late 40's and we are a very active couple. Sitting around and watching movies is not our forte'. The entertainment on this cruise was horrible. I went on the cruise with 5 friends. Things were not up to Princess Standards. The room movie movies were all very old flicks, Nothing recent. There was no Zumba class. No instructor. Ship was fully booked. Worst Food/Service/Entertainment of any Princess cruise I have ever sailed. Ships staff were poorly trained. Ship badly needs a complete overhaul.
