We were so excited for our stay on an "upper scale" cruise line! Stayed in Aquaclass. Where were our towel animals? Where was our stateroom attendants? We never set eyes on him until we were leaving! We asked for ice to chill our wine in the bucket provided in our stateroom, and was brought a small cup, so we asked for more, and never received.

If you are thinking about booking a cruise with Celebrity, I suggest you look at Holland America line or some of the all-inclusive cruise lines like Azamara, Silverseas, etc. You'll probably snare a better value.

The good: very nice room and outstanding service. The employees we came across were top notch and very pleasant.

We went with Royal Caribbean on our last cruise and the cruise was great! This cruise by comparison disappointed big time.
First, they lost our bags so we had no change of clothes or toiletries until late in the evening. Next time I think I take the bags on myself if possible. The guy who cleaned our room who was very nice apologise but nothing offered for the inconvenience.
