My first time with Celebrity but 6th cruise overall. I have to say with comparison with Carnival I'd actually chose Carnival next time. My 5 experiences on Carnival have been better than Celebrity. Here's the breakdown.

Food and service: Service and attitudes stunk on Celebrity Constellation. Saw 3 arguments right in front of me between employees. They were not happy to be working this cruise...looks like a lot of reviews have said the same thing. We were on a cruise with 500 passengers less than what it could hold too... no spring breakers and attitudes were still a mess!!

Food average. And they changed dinner time from 6pm to 530pm. Left us a note on our bed. Not what I signed up for when booking. Caters to ages 60 and over big time! (By the way we are in our 30s and dont party a lot) Carnivals food and employees get my vote. And side note....they ran out of food before closing down lunches at 2pm and at night. Never seen a ship with so many hours going by with no food options any where to he found. Huge disappointment.

Spacious but dirty and torn couches

Port Reviews

Key West

This port was nice. People were friendly. I felt safe. Shopping was great and so was the food. Water beautiful. I'd return when not on a cruise to stay longer

Cozumel

Felt like it was dirty. Just the people and streets in general. Would not return. Paradise Beach was beautiful to swim at for most of the day but it was very expensive.

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Nice town to stay in before cruise out. Stayed over night at Cambria Suites. The hotel wasn't great but was clean and served the purpose of sleeping over one night
