We had cruised Carnival in the past with much enjoyment. We looked forward to cruising with them again but were disappointed on a few aspects of our trip. Wanted to take a longer cruise than 4 days and Port Canaveral was an easy drive, so we picked the Carnival Sunshine. Layout of ship was not easy to navigate. Only went to dining room two times. Too hard to get to. The ship was beautiful, food was okay - nothing to rave about. Too much time waiting for the later shows in the evening. This was the most un coordinated cruse right from the begining. We had a suite with priority. Friends had fttf. We were told at check in our room would be ready. Not so two hours later it was. Boarded on 4/14/18 for 8 day cruise. From the walk up to terminal smell of urine and feces. Lasted for 3 days and we were on the 10th floor in room 10112! Our private balcony did not have a roof on it, so people on the decks above us could see right on to our balcony. Balcony chairs and table covered in what I thought was bird crap and it was actually paint.
