I've been on several NCL cruises now as I am Platinum Plus. (You may know they just revamped their Latitudes awards program) So, obviously, I LUV NCL and it's people! This was my third crossing as well. This was a TA from Port Canaveral ... Read more

Overall was a very pleasant Transatlantic crossing. Although there are some negatives to the Epic, the overall ship experience was positive. The weather was good during the cruise and port visits. The selection of ports was excellent. ... Read more

I read a lot of reviews with pros and cons about big ships, and then appeared the Harmony with a TA by Nov 2016, but when a couple of weeks later decided to take it, no insides were left, so the bottom price was about $ 2,000. Too much ... Read more

My wife and I are veteran cruisers. We have been cruising since 1984. We have been on many different lines and many different sizes of ships. We have been on mega ships before, such as the Dream, which has about 50% more cruisers than ... Read more

We chose this cruise as it was repositioning across the Atlantic to Barcelona 1/4-14/4/17. When we arrived at Port Canaveral to embark it was chaotic with porters running round like headless chickens. There were badly organised queues ... Read more

As a solo traveler, Atlantic crossings with NCL have always been my favourites and this crossing was no exception. NCL make it so easy for solo travelers to make new friends aboard. The Norwegian Epic is not my favourite NCL ship with its ... Read more

1st Norwegian, 1st Transatlantic! Thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. Seas were very good in my opinion, only 2 days that we could feel the ship wobbling. Even the coolest day, last day I believe, there were still sunbathers out on deck. ... Read more

We picked the cruise based on price which was great and included prepaid gratuities. Embarkations went smoothly. Cabins weren't ready until almost 3:00. Disembarkation in Barcelona was long. There were 3 customs agents handling 4000 ... Read more

This was my fourth cruise on the Epic. It must be my favorite NCL ship. As a solo traveler, I appreciate the studio cabins and the warm welcome by all of the staff. I was concerned the service with an unlimited beverage package might be ... Read more

This is a Haven Experience.....I'm sold. Don't let bad cruise reviews scare you off from cruising on the EPIC. This was a re-positioning cruise. Too crowded I didn't find it. Waiting in line for food at the buffet,, they have several ... Read more

Sailed as a solo traveler and enjoyed the benefit of NCL having studio cabins so I do not have to pay double occupancy. The Cruise Director assigns a staff member to host the solo travelers to help arrange dinner and show reservations. ... Read more

Wanted to try a TA cruise and so happy I chose this one. Met a great group of people. Balcony cabin was a nice size with more than enough storage space. Just wish the sink was bigger. Service was great. Food good. Like I said, no ... Read more

The Epic is a very large ship with a cozy feeling. The cabin was a family balcony with bed next to the balcony. The size is a little strange and bathroom unusual. This was the only thing we did not care for. The toilets lack of privacy. We ... Read more

This was my first transatlantic and it was chosen quickly by a travel mate because it leaves from Port Canaveral. Unfortunately for us Norweign continued to lower the price until the cruise was overcrowded. The automatic tips and ... Read more

Bucket list Transatlantic we enjoyed this first trip across the big pond. Very relaxed cruise or as busy as you like, most of the way we had good sailing with seas not to rough. The cabin and balcony was really nice and quite the balcony ... Read more

First, the good points: the service was incredible, the food (even the buffet) was exceptionally good, the entertainment in the theatre was top-notch (f-a-r above anything I've seen on other cruise ships). However, like so many ... Read more

We got back last night after an ugly day spent flying home from Barcelona, 3 separate flights, over 24 hours alternatively flying or sitting in airports, an unfortunately distasteful end to a great vacation! Epic's crew should be ... Read more

This was our 5th cruise. If it would have been the first, the other four would not have happened. Not that it was that dreadful - it was more like. Done that now. Fine. Don't need to do it again. The problem is the design of the Epic. ... Read more

It was NCL 's first big ship but not as good as Getaway or Escape. You would think the food choice would be the same but not on the Epic. The buffet just repeats the same poor choice many times instead of different choice. The upper ... Read more
