This was our third Transatlantic cruise with Carnival and by far the worst. If this had been our first Carnival cruise we'd never set foot again on a Carnival ship. The cruise got off to the worst possible start and never really recovered to an acceptable level. The only good thing about this trip was our room attendant! He was on it and got everything that we needed. But everything else sucked! All I can say is stay away from this ship. Very unorganized and confusing! Staff was rude. Dinners were awful! Buffet was cafeteria food! If you had a question you couldn't get it answered! Getting off the ship was a nightmare! The ports of call were incredible. We especially loved Tallinn, Estonia. The ship was ok. We enjoyed the main restaurant. The entertainment was not really for us and we found it to be all too repetitive for a 12 day sailing. Only about six movies made it into the dive-in movies lineup. Day 1: We arrived onboard around 1pm, I am disabled and a little needed help boarding the boat, no lines and they totally ignored me. Lack of being able to contact somebody and speak to them about queries. Our travel agent advised us to look on Carnival website. We did this which was confusing on occasions as Covid testing requirements in one place just said a covid test and in another stated a PCR which was a lot more expensive. When we first boarded we experienced horrible service. Workers were rude. If you look too young to be able to buy anything they will treat you like you are not even there. So make sure when you are talking to the workers you put on a nice dress and a diamond necklace so that they will treat you with respect. The detail on the avtivities on the cruise were misleading. The Carnival organization should be recognized for its ability to take a brand new ship and reduce it to a floating tribute to poor food, bad service and mediocre entertainment.
