When we first boarded we experienced horrible service. Workers were rude. If you look too young to be able to buy anything they will treat you like you are not even there. So make sure when you are talking to the workers you put on a nice dress and a diamond necklace so that they will treat you with respect. The detail on the avtivities on the cruise were misleading. Dont trust anything that says its free. They will try to nickle and dime you at any chance they get. The food there was horrible. Everyday breakfast lunch food was the same food for all nine days. Air conditioning in the room was always broken. If you decide to hop in the pool or hot tub or even decide to look or touch the pool water, workers like vultures watch you like hawks never leaving their eyes off you. They pace around the pool and hot tub until you get out. The excursion on the cruise are way over priced for a long bus ride where you get dropped off at gift shops or places you only have 10 min to look around. Departure day they require you to wake up at 5 am and they kick you out of the room at 6am. So you leave the ship with 6 or 5 hours of sleep to wait 7 hours to check in at a hotel in England.
