From start to finish this holiday was awful and caused me more stress than I ever want to experience again.

Before going we had to fight for every bit of information, we couldn't plan anything as we just couldn't get the information we needed.

On arriving on board I was very excited as so many people had such great stories about cruising, only to find an old, tired and worn ship that had seen better days. The so called entertainment was an absolute joke, it was atrocious. During the day the only entertainment were quizzes which were all catered to Americans.
