THE WORST TIME EVER!!!

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Adventure of the Seas

I don’t even know where to start. But first off I will say a small majority of the staff was very welcoming. I chose this cruise because it was the only one around my birthday. Upon arrival my room wasn’t ready. House keeper was in the midst of cleaning my room. Coming into the room there was stains in the carpet as well as on the couch. We found mold in our shower. Also the balcony wasn’t that ...

As a long time RCCL cruiser this is our third time on this ship. We figured we couldn’t go wrong since the other times were great. It all started with our Anniversary package not being in our room. The very cheapest of decorations were up, but no champagne or strawberries. We were told it to wait until the end of the night and it “should” show up. By the next morning we made our first trip to the ...

We traveled with another couple and chose this cruise mainly because we wanted to leave from NJ and not have to fly to Florida to catch a Caribbean cruise; and also we liked the ports of call. Unfortunately we were disappointed in many respects. Starting with the embarkation terminal in Bayonne NJ, which had poor road signage leading up to it, so that we circled around this industrial area for 20 ...

Don't waste your money. Ship crew could care less about you having a good time. They just want to suck as much of your money as they can while your on ship. Areas of ship are not available to most customers unless you have special sail and sign card, which you get by going on many cruises. Private dining restaurants take up room, leaving less room for dining and sitting and relaxing and you have ...

Not a kid friendly ship

Very little kids activities, one kid movie at night the entire cruise, other R.C. ships have Shrek and other characters but not this cruise line. Guest services was horrible, second time for this issue. R.C. should take a page out of Disney and Chick Fil a's regarding customer service. Guest services on R.C. clearly do not care or want to be there. see pictures for little play area which the ...

Embarkation was not a problem and neither was our cabin - we knew what to expect in terms of size and location, plus our room steward was excellent! We have cruised 5 other times (1 with Carnival, 4 with Norwegian). FOOD: The food was horrible. The food at the Windjammer was cold, old, and they always had several stations closed. Presentation was ugly too. Expect to stand in long lines. They ...

It was out of New Jersey so it was a quick 1 hour 20 minute drive. We were also excited to travel to their private island in the Bahamas and Bahamas in general. I been to many island but this would be my first to the Bahamas. This was my second cruise. I really enjoyed the entertainment, food and service on my first cruise on Carnival therefore, expected the same if not better experience on Royal ...

Cruise from hell

My first cruise. Didn’t look at other options. My own fault. Went with family members. Based on their experiences it sounded good to them but they were also disappointed. Nothing really handicap friendly. Especially the ports! And if I had known kids were going to be everywhere I would have changed plans. Have to watch for kids cruise free next time! But I doubt there will be a next time! Way too ...
