Went with a group of friends. My wife and I had done the same cruise on NCL 8 years ago on a smaller ship. Totally different experience. The staff at a lot of the food and bar venues were rude. Always wanted to do an Alaskan cruise. The experience with Norwegians cruise line was extravagant the were great! Definitely would book again through Norwegian.
The help on board were fantastic, anytime we needed something someone was right there to answer our questions and fulfill our needs.

The ship is great, balcony cabin was excellent and had lot of fun time. For majority scenario where a person who doesn't have dietary restrictions and didn't have to go to medical center, I would have given 4.5 stars.

My wife and I just returned from this Alaskan Cruise in late August. We both have mixed reviews. There is a lot to like about this ship - it's new, it's clean, it's got a wonderful spa and thermal area! We also paid the premium rate to stay in the VIP section called the Haven. Cabin was good. Food as expected. Room was kept clean with freshtowels. Beds were better than some worse than others. Nice closet space.
