This was our third cruise, our second with RCI. Our first cruise was on Jewel Of The Sea and we had no complaints. We therefore expected the standard on Brilliance to be the same. Unfortunately this was not the case.

This cruise had two classes of passenger and it was nothing to do with how much you paid but on which countries passport you used. A US passport gave you first class service and priority over other guests European passport holders were second or even third class.
The meal service was extremely slow and it took over 2 hours to have a meal, one problem was that the Americans had 4 course meals ...
