This was our third cruise, our second with RCI. Our first cruise was on Jewel Of The Sea and we had no complaints. We therefore expected the standard on Brilliance to be the same. Unfortunately this was not the case.
The positives were,
Check in was fine, no problem. The cabin was clean and comfortable and Alfred, the steward was helpful. The ports of call were very good. ( they were the reason we booked this cruise) We met some lovely people.
