This was a prime example of a cruise line, in this case Royal Caribbean, sending an unprepared ship on a cruise just for whatever money they could collect. As a seasoned cruiser (over 20+) this by far was the worst cruising experience that I have had. It starts with a lack of feeling safe - muster drill was disorganized and a joke. The promenade is overcrowded and difficult to maneuver, especially with music and the long lines at Starbucks. The ship has no provisions for disabled individuals if there was a disaster.
