This was truly the worst travel experience of my long life. We were traveling with 2 other couples, old friends who had not seen each other in several years and we thought we would enjoy a short trip together. One couple had taken 16 cruises and the other 2, me included, had never taken a cruise. We stood in line for over 2 hours to board, when we arrived on the ship, we were given no direction as to where to get lunch. Turns out only one place was open, the cafeteria, for 3400 passengers! The food was of extremely poor quality, and the ship was very understaffed.
The public areas are way too small for the number of passengers, with only the cafeteria and sit down restaurants available for food, not even peanuts in the bar with their expensive drinks!
I felt that RCCI was really pinching pennies with everything very poor quality.
Cabin was adequate, clean, attendant very nice and available. No complaints
Victoria is a lovely old British city with lots of flowers
