As a seasoned cruiser (over 20+) this by far was the worst cruising experience that I have had. It starts with a lack of feeling safe - muster drill was disorganized and a joke. The promenade is overcrowded and difficult to maneuver, especially with music and the long lines at Starbucks. The ship has no provisions for disabled individuals if there was a disaster. The dining room seating experience created Long- Long-Lines with the impossibility of passage.

Shopping on a ship of this size was horrific! The fact is that it was so bad that we bought nothing. This has never happened before.

Worst of all was the buffet and dining room. Food Awful!!! You must eat at a specialty restaurant if you want a decent meal.
