Friendly crew and courteous passengers

We chose the cruise because we considered it a great price. The ship had very friendly and helpful crew. The passengers on this trip were some of the most courteous guests we have ever encountered. Being in a wheel chair a good part of my trip, we never had an issue trying to catch an elevator or trying to get on. Everyone was nice enough to allow those of us with disabilities the chance to ...

Royal Caribbean does everything perfect. Ships are beautiful, staff is great, port of calls are awesome, food is super, Staff is top notch, entertainment is professional and well done with lots of variety. The rooms are very clean and well taken care of. Pools are clean and the deck surrounding has plenty of seats. There is so much to do on the ships. Shops, Entertainment, Casino, Bars, ...

Boniface and Huan in the dining room and Roy, our room attendant, were always polite and always ready to do what we asked. The service was top notch. Sarvesh, in the dining room, we had him 2 years ago and he remembered us. He is always polite. The ship may be an older one but it is a very comfortable and easy to get around ship. The shows were always very good. The only negative things ...

Wonderful Vacation

Cruising on the Grandeur of the Seas was a wonderful experience! Despite being an older and smaller ship, we had a great time. The staff and crew went above and beyond to make our trip a success. Captain Ante "from the bridge" is very capable and personable, and he did a great job avoiding both a storm and a medical emergency. The cruise director and staff do a lot to provide entertainment while ...

RC needs to update - but great cruise

We chose this cruise because it left from Baltimore, Md, and we could drive to the ship rather than have to fly. Also, it is a smaller ship, less kids, and older passengers, like us. We also wanted a longer than 7 night cruise, so this 12 night was perfect. We do not think this is a great ship for kids - there is a small rock wall but the outdoor pool doesn't even have a slide. As we are ...

We booked about a year out so that we could be sure to get a junior suite - our first in this type of cabin and a great deal price wise. Itinerary was great even though we had two changes due to hurricanes Irma and Marie. Worked well for us because we had never been to Barbados or Martinique. We had two favorite shore excursions - The Catamaran and Lobster Lunch in Antigua. This one included two ...

We chose this cruise because we love the Caribbean and 12 days is perfect. Also, we live close to the port so we don't have to worry about additional travel. The ship is a bit old but the service is awesome, the food pretty good and the intinaries are good. We spent a lot of time in the casino since my hubby likes the slots. In all our cruises we've never had a host like this time. Kaia was ...

Love this ship it is not too big and the service is outstanding. Stateroom staff went over and above to make sure all our needs where met. Dining room staff was also outstanding. First night dinner was vey slow but this was because it was our waiter first night, but after that night it was above par. Second last day of cruise we hit high seas as high as 12 foot waves. The entire staff was ...

Great way to see some of the New England states. All ports were great to visit we did some excursions through the ship and did some on our own. We had room 4051. It was great for us. Had plenty of room and storage. Showers had good water pressure. It was quite and near the shows for quick location. We had one night of stormy seas and felt it was a better locations that other places on the ship ...
