i really enjoyed my cruise on MSC Divina in August 2015. I think a person's attitude is the key to enjoying any experience, especially a holiday in a different country, with a different language and culture. My attitude was that no matter what happens I will enjoy myself, and I did, even though I hurt my leg before the ship left port.

Purchased the cruise and fly package through MSC and was extremely pleased with everything. I was traveling with my sister, we stayed in an interior stateroom and purchased the all inclusive drink package (worth the money!) Transfer from airport to port in Rome was easy. This had to be the worse experience ever cruising. The boat was beautiful but the worker's didn't seem to want to be there to help or answer questions. They lost our bag from the start and didn't get it until 4 or 5 hrs later, I kept asking them at the desk and kept being ignored. The staff was courteous and could not do enough for you. The dining was great, however I was surprised that lobster was charged for on the European sailing since it was not charged for on the Caribbean sailing.
