An entire week of our toilet not flushing and flooding. Spent half our vacation at the service desk trying to get our toilet fixed. Then on the last day Norwegian offered a room change...when we would be getting off the ship the next day. Went on this cruise because we had been on the Jade before and it was really fantastic.Hmmm well not any more really disappointing, the food was just awful and very repetitive,hardly any choice,there was just nothing that I could say I enjoyed.its really sad as I was really looking forward to it.

Where do I begin:
Bad food, lack of dining space, high prices for everything including tips and surcharges. Two good restaurants: The buffet and Murano (with additional charges, expensive). The room (family room) had a drop down bunk bed. Had to get onto the bed sideways. Room very tight to move around; no real place to sit down! Safe inacessible for a short person (I am 4-11 1/2). ...
A mediocre cruise experience overall.
Pros: Cabin steward did a good job. Nice whiskey selection. Gym is nice (especially the steam sauna in the locker room). Cigar room is great. Sushi restaurant was pretty good.
Cons: Food was just ok overall (even in specialty restaurants). Shows in main theater were "meh." The biggest problem was the service in bars and restaurants: inexplicably, ...
Friends of mine booked this cruise and asked us to join them. I have heard such good things about cruises but this was not my experience. The ship was clean but is very small.
Boarding unorganized
Paid for priority access but that was of little benefit.

Plan on standing in line for half your time to get a drink.
This includes simple stuff, like a coke or Pepsi. Sure you can get water. Or ice tea. The staff is so limited and over worked. Absolutely do not bring kids there’s nothing for them other than the splash zone. I mean no kids channel either. Ok ya the shouldn’t watch tv but then WhT is there one? We chose this cruise as we wanted to be on the ship to bring on the new year, the ports were all new to us so an opportunity to try new places.
We boarded the cruise at Tampa, we were Haven guests so had a priority check in area, so we didn’t need to wait and we’re on the ship by 11.30am and taken for lunch in Cagney which was designated for Haven guests.

Food not so hot. Our last Norwegian cruise in 2019 had better food. Moderno was a major disappointment. Staff was over worked and underpaid. The NCL hired less employees making it a strain on the ones working. Felt sorry for the staff. Major long lines to embarkation. Why have a boarding time when it was a free for all to get on. We have cruised loyally with NCL for 13yrs; over 78 nights on cruises; 7 different cruises. Each year, the guest experience has been slashed while the price has gone up. Yet, we still think the next cruise will be better. But I think we are done with NCL.
Our recent sailing on the Jade was just a blatant lack of concern about the guest experience.
