Extremely unorganized boarding and embarking. We had a 10am boarding group but went and got drinks instead. Disorganized crew. Restaurant maitre'd and serving staff did not know the menus. Bar staff did not know basic cocktail terms (neat, up, dry, etc). We are excited to do an Alaskan cruise, and got balcony cabins so we could see the view and enjoy the outdoors. Balcony was approximately 2’ x 6’. Just completed a 16 day NCL Spirit cruise. The ship retrofit was nice except for internet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was not up to previous cruises. Mixed drinks are not made with name brand mixers which affected the taste.
