First off, we have gone on Norwegian twice before and both times were great. Out of the 10 cruises we have been on, this was by far the worst. It was evident that Norwegian has cut costs in many areas and the quality of the food/shows has really suffered. The ship also seemed to be short staffed, which made the service very poor as well.

If you are considering Norwegian Bliss or any other NCL ship I suggest you run away. Book any other cruise line other than them. They completely ruined our honeymoon. Not only were systems down for days on end, many things were misrepresented completely.
Not only were there 40 foot swells for over 12 hours, resulting in lots of things missed out on and sicknesses to endure.
The boat excursions were not at all as advertised.

We’ve been to Alaska several times. This was the worst experience we have had in thirty years of cruising. The time spent in ports was laughably short.
