I have thoroughly enjoyed all of my Norwegian cruises except for my recent one week June cruise (June 2019) roundtrip from New York City to Bermuda. The cruise was aboard the Norwegian Escape. I was shocked by how poorly designed the ship was for over 4000 people and how unfriendly some of the staff was.

This cruise was a joke- we had a spa floor room and the spa was closed much of the trip due to "repairs" and the spa level roomed smelled more like chlorine than a spa. We were totally disappointed in what we thought was an upgrade to the Spa level.

Though it was a good buy to beautiful Bermuda - but was mistaken -the actual cost was nearly three times the ad price.. .Low quality, not fun and they actually yelled at us customers! Buyer beware - use a travel agent.

There was 3 main rooms to eat.One forgot husbands dinner and order and when he did receive it everyone else was done.They gave him a steak that you couldnt cut never mind eat.
