This cruise was a joke- we had a spa floor room and the spa was closed much of the trip due to "repairs" and the spa level roomed smelled more like chlorine than a spa. We were totally disappointed in what we thought was an upgrade to the Spa level.

The food was beyond awful in all the public areas. We requested poached eggs each day at the public and private restaurants that were open for breakfast , and not one in 7 days did a poached egg return warm. They were served hard and cold. Also breakfast potatoes served cold and fruit was frozen and that’s breakfast- Lunch you could not get a hamburger cooked to order, over done and poor quality. medium burger - Dinner don't ask, Prime Rib as thin as a nickel and grossly overcooked and bland.

Staff great but experience really bad, overcrowded, poor food, .... what do you want for $5,000? We actually paid for upscale dining as well and the food was unacceptable- sooo disappointed.
