Never Cruise Again

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

We choose this cruise because friends told us it was great. It was not at all. For starters the communication was awful, from the time we parked there was no direction and this continued throughout the cruise. The highlight of the cruise was the island on Saturday that we never got to go to. We set at the theater for almost 2 hours before they canceled the excursion, supposedly due to high ...

From start to finish this was a terrible cruise. Start with the COVID test. No matter what you follow be prepared to pay for another test. Yes, pay. $90.00. Each person. Safety procedure, follow the letters above the doors. It took four people to get to our destination. Are you getting the drink package or any other package? Be prepared to pay an additional $56 per person in your cabin. Yes, even ...

Short 4 night get away near our Florida home. Not only was the TV screen smaller than my laptop but worst of all the only available channels were onboard advertising for overpriced watches and jewelry! Upon contacting onboard customer service, I was informed that tv programming was experiencing a problem and was being diagnosed. When asked if the service would be repaired before the end of ...

We chose this cruise because it met a great price point and we wanted to stay overnight at their private island. The Food: The breakfast was great and that is all I can say good about the food! We definitely did not over eat on this trip!! The lunch and dinner buffet was odd choices and not very good other than the pizza and cheese bread. The dinner choices were not very good also. We ...

PROS: The MSC Divina is a nice clean well maintained ship. The private island (Ocean Cay) was fabulous! Ocean Cay was beautiful, clean, safe, well maintained and included a great buffet lunch. Great female cruise director (Keri) and staff always had fun activities going on all over the ship. Great entertainment each night in the theater. We especially enjoyed the magic show, comedy ...

This review is for the MSC Divinia 4 day cruise to the Bahamas from Port Canaveral. This was our first cruise on MSC, however we have done multiple cruises on 4 other cruise lines for comparison. First the pros: The ship is beautiful with an upscale finishes and well maintained. The service on board is second to none. There were 4-5 music venues every night so it never seemed crowded ...

After 25 plus cruises on multiple cruise lines my favorite is MSC. It’s more laid back, the ships are just beautiful. Elegant. Not gaudy. If you like to stay drunk act like a fool Carnival is your ticket. Royal is good, but the ships are that bright colors overdone and a bit gaudy. The service on Divina was fabulous. The ship is a good size. The Yacht Club is next level. They have 2 decks ...

Non-accessible

I am extremely disappointed in MSC Divina’s lack of accessibility for disabled passengers. I just got off the ship yesterday and it was a difficult four days. 1. Embarkation. I requested wheelchair assistance from pier to ship until I could reach my rented mobility scooter. For whatever reason they won’t assist you until after you get through THREE separate check-in stations... which are ...

My husband and I had an amazing time on this ship. They had good food, great entertainment and great staff. The whole ambience was sensational, stopping for an overnight stay at Ocean Cay Marine Reserve was wonderful and beautiful. All the dancers were very entertaining as well as the singers. Our cabin steward Antonio Cruz always kept our cabin looking fresh, as well Bar Service Emiliana Rozul ...
