From start to finish this was a terrible cruise. Start with the COVID test. No matter what you follow be prepared to pay for another test. Yes, pay. $90.00. Each person. Safety procedure, follow the letters above the doors. It took four people to get to our destination. Are you getting the drink package or any other package? Be prepared to pay an additional $56 per person in your cabin. Yes, even your toddlers that probably have no reason to drink all that much will be charged an additional $56. Example: a family of 6. You get a package deal for $75.00. You will be charged $331 in all. Ocean Cay: the great beach. That is it. Nothing for any kids to do there. No blow-up slides. No little area for kids to play. Just the lagoon and beach and shops. Trying to settle your bill the night before? You are going to stand in line for a while. They only had one desk with four people checking everyone's bill. Luggage? We had our luggage out on time with all the tags. When disembarking we got two out of the three pieces of luggage. It took almost an hour to get the other one because everyone said it is here, it is there. Parked? Instead of telling us if you took this shuttle please proceed this way, they did not. It took 30 minutes to find out where to go. While waiting another person that took the cruise told the employee "we will never take this cruise again. I rather pay extra to go on Royal Caribbean." I concur. The entertainment and food were worth it. That is it. Nothing else. All of the employees did not know what they were doing. Oh, and if you have your credit card or debit card linked to your cabin as they told you to do on the website, you will have to make sure to activate it on the cruise. Why? They neglect to tell you if you are American then the cards are not accepted because the USA thinks that it is a third party and not accepted when it is linked. Pay extra. Not even worth it if it is a cheap cruise. Also, the TV was not working at all. They had only their 4 channels. One for safety, one for a future excursion, one for info about the employees, and one for shopping. So people with kids, to keep them occupied, would have to pay the 17.99 extra to have WIFI. They say it is free WIFI. Nope, you have to pay. It was free only at the port.
