I am extremely disappointed in MSC Divina’s lack of accessibility for disabled passengers. I just got off the ship yesterday and it was a difficult four days.

1. Embarkation. I requested wheelchair assistance from pier to ship until I could reach my rented mobility scooter. For whatever reason they won’t assist you until after you get through THREE separate check-in stations... which are up a flight of stairs (OR you can walk around the back to the elevator). Therefore if you can’t walk or stand long (I can’t) it’s a real struggle and not how you want to start your vacation.

2. Once on the ship, directions are sketchy. You’re left wandering around trying to figure out which way to go.
