The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

We wanted a short cruise for my mom and brother. They were first time cruisers. They loved it and the staff was excellent. The dining room experience was very good and all the food was well prepared. We left out of Miami and parking there at the port was $22 per day but we were inside a secured parking deck. The shows on the cruise were great. The performers were talented. We got off the ship in ...

We chose this cruise based on the fact we had time on land as my oldest daughter gets motion sickness often and this was my families first cruise. (I cruised on this ship in 2015.) It turned out to be an amazing cruise and lots of fun for everyone. Embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly and so did going through customs in Key West. Going through customs in Key west was simply done on ...

Enchantment of the Seas, for 5 days cruise, was pleasant and dynamic, friendly and well educated crew, always courteous and pleasant. Cleanliness throught out the ship and it amazed me most was the Cruise Director, he was a great entertainer with his unique personality and events/shows were awesome. If I can rate Bobby the Ship Director, i would give him a 10. I could say that I have cruise ...

Royal Caribbean (RC) team goes above and beyond to create a memorable experience. We absolutely loved it! From day one until disembarkation, it was a fabulous experience. We usually prefer and enjoy land vacations and flexibility to come and go as we please BUT the fact that there were a variety of activities and amenities that are included in the package made it so awesome. We are ready to ...

Our first, and likely not our last, with Royal Caribbean

This was our first cruise with RCL and we all really enjoyed it. The food was great, the service was impeccable, the ship was really clean, and it was an overall wonderful experience. We had a balcony cabin and that helped quite a bit with not feeling claustrophobic, esp. with 4 of us in the room. Each day, they would put up the ceiling bed and fold out couch for the teens and each night, they ...

I cannot say enough about how great our cruise experience was. My family really enjoyed it and there were plenty of activities on board as well as in each port for all ages. The entertainment on board was incredible and you could tell the staff loved what they do. The food & beverage team were spot on and service was quick and accurate. The un-boarding and boarding at each port was extremely ...

We have always chosen Royal Caribbean for our cruising needs. The cleanliness is superb. The food selection is delicious. The staff is so warm and friendly and at anytime, any staff are always saying hello and have a good day to us. The rooms are clean. The shore excursions are fun and timed just right. I wish they had more of a selection in their clothing and sizes in their on board shops. More ...

I have many food allergies including: Gluten, Soy, Fresh fruits and Vegatables, Legumes, and Nuts. Royal Caribbean offered many options that I was able to eat. They had a gluten free corner with desserts, appetizers, and main course meals. The dinner menus had gluten free options and the waiter was so nice to work with. I am hesitant to travel due to these allergies, but I will no longer be ...
