We are platinum members, and this cruise was a nightmare. First, we always get a handicap room, since my husband is very unsteady and uses a walker. Upon arrival, we were booked a regular inside room, which, means the bathroom has a step up and a very small shower. Our agent assured us he booked us a handicap room. The cruise was ok. Getting on and off at ports was fairly easy and quick. There was a lot to choose from once you were off the ship. The excursions offered on board were much more expensive than if you just got off and got one of the ones they were selling at the ports.
